February Houston Market Update!

“With an uptick in home sales and expanding inventory, the Houston real estate market’s positive momentum in February brings an optimistic outlook for the spring homebuying season.” 

 During the month of February single-family home sales rose 7.6%, with the average price surging to $400,252. 

 The monthly inventory supply of homes climbed from 2.5 to 3.4 from this time in 2023, but the average days on market saw a decrease. The market is shaping up to be a strong one for the Spring season!
