Single Family Home sales had a HUGE 5% increase from last year, and we also saw an increase of 2.3% making the average sales price $305,000!

December was another record breaking month, with an incredible 7,500 Single Family Homes sold, a 14.3% year-to-date increase!

Sellers: Now is a great time to sell before we see an increase in competition in the summer months!

Buyers: With plenty of inventory to choose from, now is the time to buy!
