Total property sales are up 6.2%, with the median price of single family homes increasing by 2.1%, bringing the average price to $239,900 (making for a record October)!
Months of inventory rose from 3.9 to 4.0, while 30-year fixed mortgage rates fell to 3.69% (we haven’t seen numbers like this since 2016)!
