While June saw a 3.4% decrease in single-family home sales from last year, we still had a great month being 1.4% ahead of 2018’s record sales pace! We saw the average sales price climb 2% to $322,000, as well as an increase to 4.4 months of inventory!?
Sellers: It’s time to price strategically to sell in this competitive market!
Buyers: Interest rates are at an all time low and there’s plenty of inventory to choose from!
