During the month of February single-family home sales rose 7.6%, with the average price surging to $400,252.
The monthly inventory supply of homes climbed from 2.5 to 3.4 from this time in 2023, but the average days on market saw a decrease. The market is shaping up to be a strong one for the Spring season!
