New Communities with Affordable Homes!

New West Houston Communities with Homes Starting in the Three Hundred! If you’re in the market for a new home in West Houston, you’re in luck!

Kelly Watkins and Tanya Erickson of the Bridge Group share some exciting information about three new construction communities in the area, all with homes starting in the three hundred.

The first community they highlighted is Fulshear Lakes, located across the street from Weston Lakes. Fulshear Lakes is a brand-new community that is still in the process of building its model homes. What sets this community apart is its proximity to Fielder Elementary, which will be opening next school year. Despite being a bit farther out from downtown, the community is experiencing exponential growth with new developments and widened roads. Fulshear Lakes will provide a small-town feel while offering easy access to the city.

The next community is called Sunterra and has been open for about a year or two. With 23 homebuilders to choose from, there is something for everyone in Sunterra. Starting at the three hundred, there are some great options for home builders, including Perry Homes, Highland, Weston Village Builders, and many more. The community also boasts a plethora of amenities, including a beautiful lagoon.

The third community is Cross Creek West. Developed by Johnson Development, this community has many of the same amenities as Cross Creek Ranch. The amenities are still being built, so residents can use the amenities in Cross Creek Ranch in the meantime. Like the other communities, Cross Creek West offers homes starting in the three hundred from builders such as Perry Homes, Newmark Village, Weston, and Lennar.
