Between February 2021 and February 2022, single family home sales jumped by 22.95%, with over 1300 more homes sold!
Days on market sales decreased from 48 days to 41 days, leaving us with a full week decrease!
Total property sales rose 25% in the last year with single family homes seeing an increase in sales by 14.3%.
Lastly, with the inventory of homes still very low, we continue to see the market in favor of sellers. Which means this is the perfect time to get your home evaluation!
