The next type of investment is called Flipping. This type of investment is currently difficult to get into due to the inventory shortage. This investment consists of obtaining properties at the lowest value possible, renovating them, and then selling them for a profit.


The last type of investment we’re sharing with you is called Short Term Rentals or Airbnb type rentals. What makes this investment different from renting out an investment property is that owning an Airbnb is not a passive venture. The constant communication with potential renters makes it more of a business than a side income.
