– Single-family home sales are running 12.9% ahead of 2020’s record pace and 21.6 percent ahead of 2019. ?
– The number of sales in October is down 5% from 2020, but the over volume/sales price increased by 9% ?
– Price appreciation has increased again! The average sales price is up 13.1% to $377,631. ?
– The Days on Market has fallen 14 days going from 48 days to 32 days. ? – Inventory is low overall, but it is actually at its highest amount of inventory compared to previous months in 2021❗
