2) REPAIRS & WARRANTY – Newer homes will give you a 1 year home warranty versus a resale homes where there could be issues from the beginning

3) DESIGN & PREFERENCE- when you purchase a new construction you get to choose all the home features beforehand versus resale where you might have to do upgrades on your own

4) TIME FRAME – 6 to 15 months for new construction if you have the time or move in ready with resale for a quick move in

5) LOCATION – Most new builds are on the outskirts of town so if you need something closer to work resale would be the way to go so you’re closer to highways and schools
