This refers to items that you absolutely MUST HAVE in a home. You won’t be able to change these items to make them match your needs. This may include having a One-Story home, the Layout, Location, and Size.
?10% OF WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE ?️
This refers to items that can change in the future that would make the home fit your wants/needs. This may included changing the flooring, countertops, or painting the wall/cabinets.
?10% OF WHAT YOU CAN LIVE WITH ?
No home is perfect, and sometimes you may have to look past some minor details that ultimately won’t affect your love for a home. This may include having power lines in the backyard or a view of the town water tower.
