My name is Britney Lee. I am originally from the gulf coast Mississippi, and have lived in numerous states all over the south and midwest. I moved to Houston five years ago and immediately fell in love and knew it was the place I was meant to be with it's diverse culture and culinary magnificence!!

I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida where I graduated with honors and 4.0 GPA. I have worked in customer service and sports administration rolls my entire life. I played college softball for four years and always was elected into team captain rolls. I also coached high school softball for 8 years.

Leadership is important to me and making sure others I am working with are taken care of, understand the tasks at hand, and are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to make the best decision for themselves, team and/or family.  

I have successfully grown my own personal training business over the last 4 years. I take great pride in empowering my clients, making sure they gain and remain confident, and always feel their best.

In my free time, I love strength training, eating great food, spending time with my dog, and looking for new life experiences.
